Rates

A 30€ cleaning fee is charged for all reservations (paid at check-out).

Regular:

   1-3 nights at 75€/night

   4+ nights at 65€/night
   Ask about extended stay discounts

December Holiday rates: 
   19 December 2015 - 03 January 2016 at 100€/night

Deposits:   All stays require a 50€ deposit to confirm the reservation.

Terms: 

• Non-holiday stays:  Must be paid in full (14) days prior to check-in.  Cancellations less than (7) days prior to check-in are refunded minus a (1) night rate.
• US holiday weekends and December Holiday stays: Must be paid in full (30) days prior to check-in. Cancellations less than (14) days prior to check-in are refunded minus (2) nights rate. 

A VAT refund is not available.
